For the first time in 70 years, the Pichi Richi Railway and the Country Women's Association (CWA) join together to commemorate soldiers' journeys to war.

During World War II the CWA, the community of Quorn and railway workers from all over Australia united to support troops and evacuees as they travelled to and from Darwin.

Over 350,000 meals were served to troops and evacuees who arrived at all hours aboard timber carriages.

On Anzac Day join us as we commemorate the troop trains, their soldiers and the community who supported them.
